Grilled Shish Ke-Bob Shrimp Cooking Time: 10-15 min Feeds 3-4 people
Ingredients:
Grub Rub® Seasoning
7-8 skewers
2 lbs headless shrimp
1 ea. bell peppers (Red, Yellow, Green)
2 large onions
1 lb whole mushrooms
Note: Feel free to add cherry tomatoes, squash, zucchini, or jalapenos
Step One:
Peel and clean shrimp seasoning lightly with Grub Rub® seasoning
Prepare vegetable by cutting them into 1" to 1.5" chunks
Leave mushrooms whole or in halves only
Step Two:
Slide vegetables onto skewers, alternating around the shrimp
Tip: Skewer the shrimp twice to prevent losing on the grill
Stack the Ke-Bobs on a plate in a pyramid fashion
Season the completed stack and let sit for 5 minutes
Step Three:
Place the skewers on the grill, seasoned side down over a medium fire
Season the top of the Ke-Bobs immediately
Rotate the Kebobs every 3 to 5 minutes
When the shrimp become white and firm they are ready
Be sure to not overcook. ENJOY!
